Fresh Falafel balls

Ingredients:

1 tub 350g falafel

1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil

1 teaspoon of all purpose flour or almond meal *(Can omit this option)


Directions:

Optional: Add your 1 teaspoon of flour to your falafel mixture in a bowl

  1. Measure out 1 tablespoon sized balls of falafel mixture

  2. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil on your frying pan

  3. Once the oil begins to bubble, put in your falafel balls

  4. Fry until golden on each side (1-2 mins each side)

  5. Continue until the mixture is complete and put it on a plate with a paper-towel

Serve with: Salad and hummus e.g. hummus with za'atar herbs, or serve in a tortilla wrap with salad (spinach, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes), and 1 tablespoon of hummus) You can also serve as a share platter with friends and family with a side of sliced vegetables and hummus. You can follow the same directions for the XL - bulk size falafel and scale up the ingredients above.
