Clasic Hummus plate with chickpeas & olive oil-

add freshlly cooked chickpeas with olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs,

dip with fresh pita bread. Enjoy!

 

Hummus with Mushrooms-

Pan fry sliced mushrooms,

add teaspoon of chopped garlic

add cracked pepper and salt (to taste)

cover with extra virgin olive oil (100ml)

lemon juice from half lemon.

pour the hot mix on top of a bed of hummus.

dip with a fresh warm pitta bread.

Enjoy!

Mushrooms can be replaced with minced meat
